Since I have owned this Corvette I have replaced the A/C compressor, serpentine belt, idler pulley and Harmonic balancer. I have run premium fuel only in this since I have owned it. Mobile 1 5w 30 oil used every oil change. New spark plugs, fuel filter, rear axle fluid (with special GM additive), flushed out the power steering fluid, brake fluid, coolant and gearbox with professionals BG machines. Working for a dealer I constantly was keeping an eye on this car since I have access to a lift. I also completed a fuel induction service cleaning the injectors and throttle body. This car has never been raced or tracked its entire life. There are no performance modifications done to the engine, suspension or anything. Everything was kept original. Everything works on this car. I have been working on corvettes for over 12 years at the dealer and I"ve yet to see a C5 in better condition, even a 2004. The paint is amazing never having an accident and the car has never seen snow and has always been garaged. The door panels are in perfect condition and the seats are a 9/10. The steering is tight, it does not pull and the suspension does not rattle or make any noises going over bumps. I just put a new A/C delco battery in it and it is on a trickle charger as we speak in a garage. No warning lights on dash board. Original Bose CD player. Original floor mats.
