| “Here is a very nice 1997 GMC 6500 truck v8 gas engine, with manual transmission. The truck ran & drove fine, but we parked it for six months due to covid lockdown. The engine is carbureted, so we believe the fuel gummed up, as the engine doesn’t idle, and the gas pedal needs to be pumped to maintain idle. We have now purchased brand new trucks, and have decided to sell this as a cab / chassis. The box has been removed & installed on another chassis. The engine sounds smooth, and well maintained (when it’s running).
