Vehicle description
I purchased this vehicle from a very trusted source- -Hatch & Sons in Hudson MA, from whom my family has bought about 10 vehicles over the years. They are the preeminent purveyor of SL-model Mercedes. I have enjoyed the vehicle since 2014, driving it only in perfect weather, continuing its history since its birth. The following comes from Hatch & Sons" listing when I purchased it in 2014. Also, see the original listing link on Hatch"s page (http:/ www.hatchandsons.com/pages/sales/CON23/).
This 1996 SL500 is stunning in all original Black Opal Metallic paint that complements the excellent cream beige leather interior. The car has several options, including a factory CD player, heated seats, and upgraded 17" alloy wheels obtained from a 2000 500SL. The car was sold by Hatch and Sons in 1999 with just 13,000 miles. You can be sure that this car was well taken care of because it has always been serviced by Hatch and Sons and has been owned for the past nine years by the wife of Hatch and Sons Service Director Ken Hatch. The car has recently had a major service and has been outfitted with a new factory transmission, engine mounts, brakes, etc, to maintain it to Hatch and Sons standards.
