RARE, CUSTOMIZED 1996 CARTIER EDITION LINCOLN TOWN CAR
ORIGINAL, ONE-OWNER VEHICLE - Purchased new in 1996 and have taken excellent care of this vehicle since that time. Changed oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. The vehicle runs excellently and has had many new parts, both cosmetic and mechanical replaced both recently and over the 21 years of it"s history (too many to list here). Just this year alone nearly $5,000 worth of new parts and accessories were put into this vehicle. Will provide more details upon inquiry or inspection. Even with this mileage the car still starts and runs like new as a testimonial to its care. This is one of the few automobiles (cars) made that can tow up to 5,000 pounds stock. The engine still has great power and ability to tow accordingly as it had been used for that purpose in addition to regular non-towing usage up until recently when the trailer hitch was removed to place on another Lincoln vehicle.

KNOWN ISSUES: The vehicle could use new exhaust manifold gaskets, a completely new air conditioning system, a blend door actuator (new factory OEM part will be provided to buyer, blower works fine and blows full heat at present- great for Winter months), and an oil pan gasket and oil plate gasket to repair a minor oil leak which has existed for many years (new factory OEM repair parts for the oil leak will be provided to the successful buyer), and could use a replacement washer fluid bottle due to a short in the sending switch attached, but still works fine otherwise. Again, the vehicle runs and drives perfectly fine even with these issues. And, It will be worth considerably more once these repairs are made.
