The exterior of this 1996 Land Rover is almost flawless. The paint is all original and has been well taken care of. It has never been repainted, never been in an accident, and has a clean Carfax. This Rover drives beautifully! The engine and transmission are so smooth you won"t believe that this is a 21 year old car. The AC blows cold. The interior is also very clean, but the driver side leather seat will need to be reupholstered as you can see in the photo. I just replaced the fuel pump, oil and filter, and all brake pads, however when applying the brakes the pedal shakes and so will probably need rotors. There are additional items that need attention: the ABS light is on (should be taken care of once the rotors are replaced); the headliner is coming down a bit; one moonroof doesn"t close all the way; the rear passenger window does not operate, and the front passenger seat control doesn’t function.
No rust, clean title, smogged. The registration is good till January 2018. If you like Rovers, this one stands tall, and with a little fixing it"ll go another 20 years!
