Up for auction is my 1996 Ford F-150 XLT. This is a very nice original truck that has not been messed with. I purchased it off of the original owners wife, after the original owner passed. To my knowledge and what I was told it"s all original. The truck shows that it"s been taken care of really well. The body is in very nice shape, with minor blemishes in the paint here and there, but overall very nice. The original owner use to do regular service on the truck and it shows, the truck runs amazing, I wouldn"t hesitate to drive it anywhere. The 5.0 V8 and automatic transmission run great. Recently it has the Solenoid package in the transmission replaced, the rear main seal was replaced, all brand new shocks and brakes all the way around, AC was just serviced and works perfectly, tune up (spark plugs, wires, filters, oil changes. .) I could go on and on, but I will include all the paperwork and receipts with the truck. The interior is in great shape, the gray cloth material in the back seat hasn"t been used much and the front has been taken care of really well. The tires are in great shape and I would say they still have at least 80 percent of their tread left. The shell is color matched and sits nicely, the bed has a hard black plastic liner which protects the bed. The truck does have roughly 201K miles, but in all honestly I would expect it to get another 200K, we have serviced this truck and it"s been babied it"s whole life, never ran the hard. Power windows work as they should. The truck has a clear California title which will be handed over once payment clears.
Little flaws: Rear bumper has a little tweak to it, was told it just needs to be bolted tightly (haven"t had time to do this), center console pivot area needs to be greased, tends to get caught up at times, but does go up and down, there a little nipple that needs to be pushed down.
Since I bought it from the original owners family I haven"t even detailed the truck but it looks great, I can imagine after a full detail the truck would look amazing!
