Selling My 1995 Mitsubishi 3000gt.
Selling because i"m interested in getting a Jeep or maybe 4wd truck.
Car has 117,513 Miles. 5 speed manual. Great Condition. I am the second owner, clean title.
Pros:
I have ALL receipts from 2006 and forward + owners & warranty manual
Car was usually serviced at Mitsubishi Dealers throughout its lifetime.
Car passed emissions 4 months ago.
I did some work myself on the basic maintenance like oil changes and air filters and always did research on 3si.com before attempting projects. Members on their usually had step by step guides.
Recent Service:
New timing belt and adjustment
Spark Plugs
Clutch Replacement
Spark Plug Wires
New Radiator. (I have a spare radiator that comes with the car, a seller sent me 2 on accident)
Coolant Flush.
Oil and Filter Changed 500 miles ago.
New Tires. (1200 Miles on them)
4 wheel alignment.
Brake fluid change.
Clutch Fluid change.
Transmission Fluid change.
PCV valve.
Manifold gasket.
Fuel Pump.
Fuel Filter.
I had the motor professionally cleaned for $150 around 2 months ago.
When i washed my car it was always with a foam gun.
It also has a full Kooks/3sx exhaust setup, payed a little over 2,000$ for it. Exhaust note is really nice, not too loud but will definitely turn some heads. Exhaust will give you some pops and crackles when you let off of the gas every now and then. Other than that it is bone stock.
(I do still have the stock manifolds and downpipe let me know if you want those)
Here is a YouTube video of someone with my same year and motor as mine with the same exact exhaust setup.

However keep in mind this isn"t going to sound exactly like this, the phone microphone doesn"t do it justice.
Paint is in pretty good condition, no clear coat peeling.
It"s a good first "enthusiast" car. Pretty affordable and something that will make you stand out.
Cons:
Driver seat edge is a bit worn, not a complete tear but worn a bit.
Dip stick needs to be adjusted because of the aftermarket headers. Right now its snug and in place with heat wrap but rattles sometimes.
has a dent about the size of a quarter on passenger side front and another one on the drivers side rear. Overall the red paint hides it pretty good.
This could be a pro or con depending on who you are, but currently there is no catalytic converter, has a test pipe on it. The test pipe helps give that amazing Japanese 6 cylinder rumble and allows for some pops and bangs. If you want to get one back on its really easy to get to and only 4 bolts hold it on. Catalytic converters cost around $120-140 without labor, so keep that in mind when bidding.
Cloth panel on door needs to be screwed back on. (couldn"t figure it out my self.)
Conclusion:
These cars are really rare and unique and you don"t see them often, really fun to drive.
If you are interested in this car and don"t know how to drive manual and don"t have anyone to teach you i would be more than happy to.
Let me know if you want more pictures only lets me post 12 for free.
