New build in February 2020 mileage was 113,000.
Front diff : Dana 60 king pin with 5:38 gears. Spartan locker, new bearings and seals complete rebuild. ORD design high steer kit. Superwinch lockouts .
Rear diff: 14 bolt full floater with 5:38 gears. Full spool. Rear disc brake conversion kit. New seals and gone thru.
Engine: 350 vortec out of a 1998 Tahoe. Full rebuild. .40 over pistons, rods resized. Crank turned. Heads baked and blasted with 3 angle valve job. Comp cams RV camshaft. Edelbrock intake with new Rochestor 2 barrel carb. New HEI ignition. New water pump, 1 wire alternator, new gear reduction starter, new flywheel, new radiator, new fan,
Transmission: sm 465 gm 4 speed. New heavy duty clutch, new seals, new input bearing, new advance adaptor hydraulic throw out bearing
Transfer case: np205 gear drive. New seals, JB custom twin stick, shift rails modified.
Body: body was stripped down to bare metal. All rust has been replaced with the correct sheet metal by a body shop. New fenders. New body armor. Paint is original color sprayed in tintable raptor liner with clear coat over top so it will not fade. New rock hard roll cage sprayed in factory color. Floor boards done in black raptor liner. I have a complete weather strip kit that will go with the new owner.
Wheels / tires: 37 12.50 16.5 with matching spare. 24 bolt Humvee double bead lock with trail worthy fab pvc inserts.
Odds and ends : nice Pioneer sound system. Great heater. All the lights work as they should. Thumb throttle on the shifter. 9,000 lb wireless winch. Custom bumpers. Aluminum fuel cell with gauge.
I built this jeep to drive and look as stock as I could . It crawls nice and drives like a stock jeep. I wouldn"t be afraid to drive it anywhere. Built right. This great used vehicle is sold as is where is no warranty
