I am the second owner of this beautiful red/tan F355. I purchased the car in January 2016 from the original owner. The car runs and drives great but will need an engine out service due to a leaking cam seal. I have tried to picture all flaws but if you would like a link to a complete photo album please send me a message. Includes books, tools, original Ferrari car cover, original window sticker and two original Ferrari keys. I do not have any records on the car from the original owner but he is still "looking." Original owner claims the car had the valve guides done under warranty and the compression and leak down test results shown below prove that. I will include a binder with all my receipts from the following (around $9k worth). I am the one who performed all of the services listed below. I would do the engine out again to repair the leaking cam seal myself but I was injured in a high speed on track incident two weeks ago and my neck and back are not up to it. I was quoted $5,000 from Pocono Sportscar for the engine out service including parts and labor. The AC blows great and Michelin Pilot Sports have good tread remaining.
Since I have owned the car it has received the following: Engine out service February 2016 included: Hill Engineering tensioner bearings Timing belts Accessory belts Powder-coated cam covers New CV boots Gothspeed CV boot shields Fabspeed headers (original manifolds are prone to cracking) Fuel injectors professionally cleaned/blueprinted New engine mounts New water pump New left rear tail light (originals crack due to heat) Updated power steering tank and cap New exhaust check valves Accessory belt tensioner bearing replaced New AC drier New wheel center caps Paint correction De-sticky"d HVAC overlay New engine hood struts Cat bypass pipes (originals included if you live in a state where you must pass smog) Dashboard recovered by "BRADAN" Seats re-dyed Flaws: small dent on front panel under driver"s headlight small dent on passenger"s door (does not show well in photo, about the size of a pen point some scrape/crack on passenger"s underside rocker (not visible unless you"re underneath the car) some wheel rash most notable on right rear wheel some rock chips on front bumper (original paint) center AC vent cracked in top right corner small burn in paint from original owner on left rear quarter panel very slight buttress cracking starting to show on front passenger"s buttress and very minimal cracking on driver"s front buttress Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
