As I said already above this was a running and driving car that I bought for the built 351W stroker engine with Edelbrock aluminum heads, Vortech supercharger, Recaro seats, and Tremec transmission. Someone had spent a great deal of money on this car when it was built for SEMA many years ago! Nothing was cut off the car and under-dash harnesses are all still there. Everything worked when I drove the car before I removed the drivetrain. Even the A/C and heater worked. All power windows, locks, cruise control. gauges, lights etc worked. Both airbags intact. Dash in nice shape with no cracks. Great bones for the drivetrain of your choice! You wont find a cleaner chassis with all the upgrades for anywhere close to this price!
I just took what I needed to put the drivetrain in my 1968 Mustang GT California Special. As said above this car ran and drove up until mid April last year and was sitting in previous owners garage until I bought it. He was in the military and bought it from another friend of his that was in the military also. From what he said, this car has been in the San Diego area for over 25 years but registered in various military personnel"s home states while they were stationed in San Diego. T he drivetrain was refreshed in the past year which is why I wanted this car. Has been sitting outside at my shop in Palm Springs, CA since I bought it in September 2020. What you see is what you get, nothing more, nothing less. Saleen body kit, 96-98 style tail lights, custom 18" wheels, custom fenders, rear molded spoiler in the decklid and 3.73 geared 8.8" Posi traction rear end alone worth what I am selling this whole rolling chassis for. Has 340 LPH in-tank Aeromotive fuel pump as well as the lowering springs, subframe connectors that are welded on, boxed upper rear control arms, Koni front struts, chrome hood prop rod, camber/caster brackets, and hood hinges. Front control arms look to look like they were recently replaced also. All ABS brakes seem to be intact. Suspension did feel good and tight when I drove the car and it got 2 nice even strips of rubber. Car has great bones to be Coyote, Cobra, or LS swapped or any drivetrain of your choice. Maybe even the ultra cool, new p lug and play Cummins R2.8 Diesel? Clean and clear CA title in hand. I do have the key for the ignition and the car brakes, steers and stops to be easily loaded on a trailer or tow dolly. Bring your trailer and pick up, or arrange your own shipping from zip code 92262. I have dealt with a few auto transport companies also and can pass them on to you for reasonable shipping rates. Car must be paid for in full before it leaves and title will be given to shipping person to give to you. Must be paid for in full with in 3 days of winning and picked up with in 10 days. I will accept $500 deposit through eBay"s managed payments or Paypal, and balance must be cash in person, cashier"s check or money order, or wire.
