Vehicle Details This exceptionally well cared for Cougar is in immaculate condition and has been driven only 40,000 miles since purchased new 29 years ago. This is a North Carolina car owned by a lady who pampered it until I purchased it in 2018. This car is currently kept in a climate-controlled garage and is in almost showroom quality condition. This car has the XR7 trim package which includes such options as leather and cloth seats and door panels, upgraded wheels and exterior trim. The combination leather and cloth interior are flawless. There is one scratch on the inside rocker panel that appears be from high heels of a lady’s shoe. The exterior paint shines like new with no dings, dents, or scratches with only two minor exterior flaws. There are two pin head sized paint chips on the hood and scuffs under the front bumper from tapping curbs. The engine compartment, undercarriage and trunk look almost new. I honestly believe this vehicle has never been driven in inclement weather including the rain. The underside of the doors are also flawless. No rust or dirt, even the rubber appears to be in like new condition. All the mechanicals have been sorted out and ready to go with no issues. Work performed during my ownership includes the following: new Michelin Defender tires, replaced upper control arms with ball joints, lower ball joints, sway bar links, rear shocks and front struts.
