1993 Mazda RX-7. LHD 5 speed
83k original miles clean title in my name. New Tein Coilovers New turbo TT Supra fuel pump (including walbro 450) didn’t get a chance to upgrade yet. 1000cc primary 2000cc secondary Apexi power fc. Running premix in fuel Msd ignition
I purchased the car last summer with the intention of sorting it out and getting it into perfect condition. Plans changed and don’t have time for this project. I will be listing everything I know about the car and will include pictures of everything. The vehicle runs and drives good. I put around1k miles on it while I owned it and didn’t have any issues with it but mostly just cruised without getting on it because I wanted to find someone to check the tune on it but couldn’t find anyone that tunes power fc’s. The owner before me did a single turbo conversion and he left the original wiring so wires for the twins and stuff were all left unhooked. My plan was to rewire and go with a haltech. Also was told engine was rebuilt at one point. I do not have paperwork or know exactly when, but am including the compression numbers. The transmission does have a little grind into 5th gear if you are trying to shift fast. If you let Rpms drop than shifts without grind into 5th. Appears to have a small oil leak from the pan. (Emptied catch can and it seemed to be less but catch can is next to oil pan on drivers side so not exactly sure and don’t have the time to check it out.) The battery was moved to the rear bin and fuel pump was rewired with a relay straight from the battery. That’s about as far as I got to figuring out what the owner before me did. They also tried to roll the fenders and ruined the front fenders 🤦🏻♂️ . Clear coat pealing in places and has a few dings and paint would need attention. This would be a perfect running project for someone that wants a running car and slowly sort through it while still enjoy it! I have videos of a cold start, warm start and it driving i can send or try to add it to this listing here.
