No rust underneath, no leaks and the body is in excellent condition. The interior is also in excellent condition.
It has had rear A/C added at some point in its life and it is so cold that you could hang meat in it! The front factory AC also works quite well.
HELLA front and rear lamps controlled by discreet switches also have been added.
This vehicle runs and drives as it should with no issues.

New windshield from Land Rover (waited 4 months for it) due to rock chip that spread (common here in TX)
New windshield seal
New clutch master cylinder
New battery
Door drains cleaned
Front drive axle swivel seals
Replace Transfer case cross seals and reseal transfer case
Front engine oil seal replaced
Wiper blades
Replace clutch slave cylinder
At 80,449 miles:
Oil change, filter and lube
