1993 Ford Mustang 5.0 LX Hatchback V8 5-speed Manual Transmission Low Miles
This is a very clean and solid 28-year old Fox Body Mustang. It has some wear and tear consistent with its age and mileage.
It appears to be completely stock except for the following: Flowmaster cat-back exhaust Hi-Performance clutch - I was told that the previous owner installed a clutch that could withstand high horsepower because he intended to continue modifying this Mustang to add power but ended up selling it. The clutch feels like an aftermarket high performance unit - the pedal effort is high and it doesn"t engage smoothly like an OE clutch. If I were going to keep it, I would replace the clutch with a more mild street performance clutch. Based on the VIN sticker in the door jamb it appears this car was originally an automatic and has been converted to a 5 speed. The conversion was very well done and is a big improvement over an automatic. The paint appears to be original and is in good condition
The interior is clean and smoke free.
The car runs and drives nicely. I did notice that the A/C compressor is not kicking on. I assume it needs to be recharged with refrigerant.
The underside of the car is very clean and solid as you can see in the photos.
