Selling our 1992 940 Volvo. This is a rear wheel drive Volvo with the b230 4cyl engine(non-turbo). Auto trans.
This car has never been smoked in or hauled pets. It has 167kmi on the odometer, which started working sporadically, but very few miles were put on it since that time. Cruise control works. I installed a trailer hitch on it that I used that to occasionally pull a little utility trailer to the towns leaf dump. I had a new fuel pump assembly installed. This car has the Regina fuel injection system, and I went to the dealer, Capital Volvo, and paid for a complete brand new assembly. That was almost $500 just for the part! When I had that installed last year I also had a new Walker/Starla exhaust system put on from behind the cat pipe back. Has just developed an exhaust leak by the cat and/or front pipe. The power drivers window goes up and down fine, but it clicks at the last 1/4" when putting it up, and I just push it up the last bit.
Car has a clear, clean, and open NY title. I hope a Volvo aficionado winds up with this nice looking 26 year old 940.
