Vehicle description
This is a real v8 5.0 5 speed mustang lx coupe notchback. This car is not perfect not a showroom car this is a good strarting point project. Car is a real 5.0 5 speed car has a/c and it works has power windows that work had power door lock that do not work. The paint in not great has chips and scratches has a dent on driver 1/4 under the window look at the pics. Has scuff on rear bumper has a whole where the plate goes like if they had a batt. Box with on/off switch in passed. The interior is OEM black has a few parts that have been painted I can tell by looking at the rear upper see is not from the coop looks like it may have come out of a hatchback the rug is black the driver seat is ripped the passenger seat is stained the ashtray door is broken it has a little hole on the dash from old alarm system with the LED goes. The headliner is clean to Dash looks to be very clean.
The car has a 5.0 motor has GT 40 P heads from an explorer they are steelheads has the eBay style intake which people call typhoon has an aftermarket throttlebody has a fairly new clutch I looked not sure I believe it"s a ram the transmission grind second year every now and then has equal length BBK headers off-road H pipe I believe they are Flowmaster mufflers with tips has some frame connectors upper and lower control arms 373 we are gears Motorsport drop Springs not sure which shocks it has has the factory pony wheels and the tires are not great I would not drive the car for it would need new tires to be driven and long-distance the car does not overheat the temperature gauge works oil pressure gauge works fuel gauge works the tach works speedometer works.
The door panels are clean the bags SAG the speaker covers have screws in them hold them in. Again this car is not a showpiece it is a very nice project for somebody that wants a cheap one to do it as they wish.
This car started it"s life as a Calypso green Mustang from what I was told from the original owner the car was stolen in New York many many years ago the car was repainted black and missing for two years the car was found in a storage not stripped but painted black this is why the car has a rebuilt title rebuilt meaning it can be registered has passed inspection by the local DMV in New York.
I bought this car to make a race card but the card to me is too nice to make a race car so I bought a four-cylinder and stripped it to cut it up to make a racecar this is why I am selling the car because I do not need it.
