PROJECT IN NEED OF FINISHING, NO RESERVE. This is a fully custom rebuilt 1991 VW MK2 GTI VR6 Mid-engine RWD TRACK car. This vehicle was originally purchased from MMI Concepts in Bangor, PA. It was a rolling EMPTY shell with a roll cage when purchased. Reason for the R-Title is because the vehicle was stolen and stripped. No accidents or frame damage. All work has essentially been from the ground up is almost complete. Vehicle include VR6 engine pulled from a 95 Passat. Fully welded custom roll cage, custom engine mounts, custom fabricated exhaust, custom fabricated SS water lines, custom fabricated heater core recirculation hose, custom mounted water pump, custom fabricated brake lines, VR6 brakes, custom fabricated slave cylinder pressure line, custom battery cables, morse shifter cables, modified shifter box and transmission shifter cable bracket, custom mounted fuel cell, adjustable suspension, custom dash with gauges, MK3 VR6 wheels, MOMO steering wheel. Fully aligned and balanced. Runs and drives well. Vehicle needs finishing touches. All mechanical work is complete. Some cosmetic work, some minor electrical and a firewall with sound proofing would still need to be installed. Electrical wiring is installed just not all components are connected. Mileage is unknown due to the custom install and new electrical system. All work done has been completed by myself in conjunction with MMI Concepts and CB Foreign Cars in Kutztown, PA. Sale also includes original rear quarter glass(2 sets, both sides), interior/exterior trim parts and additional battery.
