I’m sure I am going to forget something, but please ask any questions. I am the current owner and have clean title in hand. Very cool car, quite the head turner, just needs some additional work and TLC that I don’t have the energy for anymore and I need my garage space. Let’s get to the car. EXTERIOR As mentioned in the photo description, the paint and clear coat is in pretty good condition for its age with surface scratches and swirls, with a few road chips. Great shine to it still. T-tops are in great shape with seals having been replaced about two years ago. Windows do need some minor adjustment to seal cleanly as they do leak slightly. Interior of T-tops are sealed well and do not leak. Latches work well, in addition to locks. T-top storage bags are present and come with the car. This is an original 5.0 Formula and you’ll notice the standard Firebird / Formula spoiler has been replaced with a Trans Am spoiler; the original fiberglass spoiler was weather worn and busted when closing the trunk. Please note the photo of the trunk glass where the original spoiler was affixed. The original standard Pontiac wheels were replaced along with a brand new set of BF Goodrich in June 2020. Black and chrome GTA wheels really set the look. look very nice and give it a great touch. INTERIOR First off, you can tell the seats have seen better days with rips and tears. I have a replacement front seat set brand new in the box that comes included with purchase. Carpet is in decent shape just needs a good cleaning. Firebird floor mats are two years old in good shape. Rear seat and floorboard in good shape. Trunk are pretty clean, plastic cover pieces in fair shape. Headliner is new having been replaced two to three years ago. T-top interior shades are new. The original dashboard has been replaced with an Intelletronix digital dashboard; fully functional and a great look to the interior especially at night. MECHANICAL The engine is original as far as I am aware and runs good and strong, no leaks or smoking. Steering shaft and center link in the column was replaced in May 2020 so steering is in great shape. Transmission was in bad shape and was replaced in July 2020, receipt pictured in listing. New fuel pump, strainer, and sending unit was installed, in addition to cleaning out the fuel tank, at the time of transmission replacement. Transmission is strong and shifts well. EXTRAS I have quite a few spare parts and goodies that I have for the car, too many to list: New passenger door panel (new driver door panel is installed, forgot to mention). Replacement tail light receptacles. Front seat fabric, new boxed (mentioned above). OVERALL This is a very solid, fairly rare car that you don’t see very often. I’ve taken it a long way from when I first got it with a lot of time and TLC. Just needs more time and attention to details. I realize I’m losing money on it but I’d like it to go to a good home. Exterior Paint is not perfect with standard swirls streaks and chips from use, but you can tell from reflections that it has a nice shine. Interior Seats need to be replaced, and I do have new identical front seat material brand new still boxed that will come with it. Dashboard replaced in 2019 with Intellix electronic dash.
