Vehicle description
Here for sale is a 1990 Eddie Bauer Ford Bronco 4x4 with the 5.8L Windsor V8, in excellent condition. This truck is an Arizona native with not a spot of structural rust in sight. Owned by the same owner since 1991, this Bronco spent nearly its entire life garaged and driven once weekly. This same owner is not only an auto enthusiast, but also an auto industry professional, meaning this Bronco was under a heightened inspection, maintenance and repair schedule - One not only much more meticulous than other examples, but one several times more meticulous than even Ford"s own recommendations ever were.
Upgrades can be found around the truck that have been added over the span of ownership. Most are all what would be considered mild, and period correct for the generation of Ford truck that this Bronco is. These items include: - Front brush guard - KC HiLites auxiliary lighting - Matching side step bars - 3 inch exhaust - Aftermarket upholstered seats with black piping and "BRONCO" embroidered badging - Aftermarket radio with TV tuner and external CD changer - 15"" wheels with high tread depth 33x10.50x15 Firestone tires - Rancho shocks Front (dual factory option), Rear, and Steering stabilizer - Dual group 65 batteries with selector switch
Major mechanical items that have been replaced or serviced: - Full rebuild on E4OD Automatic Transmission apprx. 4,000 miles ago - Rebuilt rear differential - Rebuilt rear driveline - A/C compressor and component kit replacement - Runs on R134a
The Bronco has no lights on the dash or runability faults. It runs very smooth and has never had an issue passing local Arizona emissions testing via tailpipe sniffer. Oil changes every 3,000 miles or 6 months, transmission fluid, differentials, and transfer case every 30,000 miles, power steering fluid and brake fluid every 3-4 oil changes.
This was a driven vehicle and minor imperfections are present. However for the age of the truck and the effort involved in its upkeep, it"s nearly impeccable. The most noticeable flaw is a chipped corner of the rear tailgate plastic trim, as shown in the photos.
If you have any questions feel free to ask. Buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements, however we can provide a commercial address for pickup that helps to simplify things. Viewing in person in Phoenix is welcomed upon appointment with ample notice. Title is clean and will be notarized and ready to go in time for exchange of funds.
Thanks for looking and have a great day
