Upgraded Bulltear Oil pump Valve covers removed blasted and installed with new gaskets. New tie rod ends, track bar bushings New Walker Exhaust system Cibie Headlights with LED bulbs BJ’s rear Led Brake light upgrade New Power Steering pump and hoses New steering gear box Upgraded Heavy duty steering shaft connector replacing wag joint from BJ’s Off-road Rebuilt steering column BJs Aluminum fan shroud Wheels refinished and painted by Wheel Collision Center in Pa. New Hankook whitewall tires New front and rear leaf springs from General Spring New shocks with air shocks in rear New steering stabilizer New rear brake shoes and hubs All new AC components including Sanden Compressor(not rebuilt) drier, evaporator condenser and upgraded AC lines with new fittings instead of old R-12 style. Cools down to 38 degrees All new leather interior with OEM fabric inserts New ACC Carpet with ABS carpet back instead of moldy oem cardboard Floor and ceiling were sprayed with color matched Raptor bed liner then covered in dynamat material, then foam backed aluminum covering. All roof rack holes were sprayed with rubber sealant on underside for additional protection. Extremely sound and heat proof. New rubber windshield gasket and windshield New rear quarter panel window seals New window gear parts , track inserts and rubber window and door seals Full Window Tint Tailgate track bar replaced with all new rubber seals and track. New Baltic blue paint with small rust areas on passenger side and quarter panel were cut out and new metal welded in place. New external taillight, turn signal and side marker lenses. Team Grand Wagoneer woodgrain and trim kit. This 29 year old car is in good condition. Everything works except rear tailgate defroster. Really cool AC for Florida heat. I have tried to list everything that has been actually replaced as opposed to “refreshed” which means they didn’t replace anything and it may break. Compare refreshed to replaced when shopping. Car rides smooth and gets a lot of attention. This has been a fun project but time to move on to the next one.
