| “One of an estimated 800 Milano Verdes made and the last year produced. The car has been driven sparingly and all maintenance is up to date. Since I purchased the car I had the mechanics fixed from bumper to bumper. The timing belt is new as of July 2015 and has maybe 1,000 miles on it since replaced. I'm selling because I need to downsize for retirement.All electronics work, sporadic tire sensor light, AC works, new AC drain tube needed, moonlight works but, new gasket is wrong so best left closed. No 2nd gear synchro issue... just go easy until tranny is warmed up!A great car that can either be driven without issue. Take her to the next level now that original fabric is available again and a refresh on paint and touch up of trim to make it show quality.Shipping is up to buyer. I'll assist in any way possible. Prior to purchasing I had a pre-purchase inspection done by a reputable Alfa ROMEO specialist. I then had all of the issues except item #1 addressed because I intended to keep this car. Over $13,000 has gone into this car and it can now be driven regularly and reliably with normal maintenance.
Pre-purchase inspection report for 1989 Alfa Romeo Milano Verde Vin # ZARDA1241K110775 12/10/14 Mileage (miles): 133,708 On inspection of this car on this date the following items were determined to be in need of repair. An estimate of repairs is furnished to evaluate the current value of the car. NADA evaluation of "High Retail" of a 1989 Milano Verde is $17,800. The following is a list of value deductions for maintenance and repair from the High Retail to establish the true dollar value of the car in its current condition. Item 1: Body condition is very good with minor need for repair of small dent in RR and paint flaws. these items are at the owner"s discretion. Item 2: All "O" ring exhaust mounts must be replaced. Item 3: Excessive camber on front wheels, adjust camber. Item 4: Both steering rack boots torn, replace boot. Item 5: Rear brake pads at 0 o/o remain, replace pads. Item 6: Rear transaxle mount, replace, labor. Item 7: Forward exhaust mount bad, replace. Item 8: Rear engine mount bad, replace. Item 9: Hood prop rod holder broken. Item 10: Catalytic converter head shield needs replacing. Item 11: Exhaust manifold leak left side.
