For improved gas mileage, performance, and longevity, the automatic transmission was professionally replaced with a 5-speed manual gearbox. That, in combination with the turbocharged 2.0 motor, makes this Saab an absolute pleasure to drive. The classic 900 is colloquially called the "poor man"s 911," and as someone who has driven both, I"d take a c900 over a 911 any day! This car turns heads everywhere it goes, and gets compliments from everyone who sees it.

The dashboard has cracks that are typical from this era, the coating on the bumpers is a bit faded on top, and the antenna is missing.
