For sale is my pride and joy, my 1987 4Runner. She is in good shape, runs well, and has a lot of life left. Please read the below description. The Good: - NWOR rack - this is an extremely rare feature for these trucks - Micky Thompson II rims - Bulletproof 22RE engine - gets good gas mileage - Automatic - Newer tires with 95% tread left - Head gasket was just replaced - Smogged in CA until 2018 - AC blows cold - 4x4 functions flawlessly - 2" lift to accommodate larger tires. There is no sag in the back which is typical of the first gen runners. What I"ve learned to live with: - There is some surface rust on the undercarriage. It was rust proofed years ago but time is finely catching up with her. - There is rust developing on the rear wheel wells. - The driver"s seat has a tear - The rear window is sticky and does not roll down properly but does function - The rear door sometimes does not latch properly - There is a crack in the dash - When it rains hard some water does filter in. I"m not sure where the leak is but my guess is the sunroof - Heater does not work - sun damage on the paint job. I have title in hand. Any other questions, please feel free to reach out.
