Vehicle Details 1987 Mercedes 300 Diesel Wagon with powerful 6 cylinder turbo diesel engine and only 139k miles. It is blue inside and out with MB Tex interior which is in very good condition. I purchased recently and already own a 1987 Mercedes 300DT sedan, but I will not have the time to spend on it with work getting a lot busier. I purchased from owner in Connecticut and he did not receive title (not required in CT since over 20 years old). I chose not to request owner get a replacement title. As a result, it will have a clear Texas bonded title. I registered and have TX plates and should have title in two weeks. I have not dug into the car so do not know much, but wanted to share what I do know: 1) New transmission for $4k (receipt from AAMCO) in November 2020 2) Starts strong and idles smooth with no smoke 3) Repainted at some point 4) Surface rust areas in undercarriage from days up north (see pics) 5) Newish Michelin tires and sharp W126 wheels 6) Locks work at keyed doors but not elsewhere 7) Sunroof needs re-alignment 8) A/C, Radio and Cruise control does not work 9) Fresh oil change 10) 20 years of various repair receipts included 12) No wrecks per CarfaxSold as-is Images Download the Motors app
