Rust free 87 suburban Last registered in California, still has cali plates on it. Bought the truck with intentions on taking out the Diesel and replacing with a 454 and making a cool oldschool beach rig. . I have more projects than time, so here"s your opportunity. would make a great exploration/ rec. Vehicle, it is rock solid . It has no rot anywhere, has plenty of surface patina , which in my opinion is much more attractive than a 10k shiny paint job that you"ll be afraid to park anywhere. .
Interior has had seats removed to get out the old carpet. Drivers seat still bolted in place for transport reasons, the rest are tucked neatly in the rear of the truck. Dash has some cracks and the tilt steering column has some play in it. Fully optioned truck with front and rear air conditioning systems. Door panels are in good shape, lower carpet panels were removed when someone tried to put speakers in lower front doors, easily covered up with the factory carpeted lower sections these trucks used. Headliner is also cooked out of it.
6.2 diesel is half disassembled, almost ready to be pulled. again I planned to put a big block in it. The drive shafts have been removed but are included, otherwise drivetrain is intact. 4.10 gears front and rear.
Truck looks to have had the top half of the blue repainted years ago, bottom half of blue and grey definitely original. No rust repairs ever, solid in the rockers , door jambs and floors. A little bit of rust starting on both rear door lower inner lips.
I have no title for the truck, was misplaced over the years by the gentleman I bought it from. It does come with a bill of sale.
Truck rolls steers and stops for transport purposes. Tires hold air.
For the business end of things, please bid to own. it is expensive to list cars on ebay, I will only list it ONE time. I have a large commercial lot and can help assist the shipping company of your choice in seeing it off safely. Truck will be stored in a large climate controlled building with surveillance cameras until picked up. I would like to see it leave within 1 week of auction end unless otherwise discussed.
