Owner brought car to shop for evaluation. Car was last registered in 2021. Passed State of PA emissions testing in 2020. Copy of invoice detailing work done and diagnosis is pictured. Car has fueling issue and can start but can not be driven. Owner decided not to pursue repair and requested car be sold
