About this vehicle This 1986 Mercedes-Benz 560SL is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes See see full description. International bidders welcome Vehicle Details Selling for a friend of mine. I am a muscle car guy not really a Mercedes kinda guy. She is the second owner, purchasing when it was only a couple years old. It has had little to no use during the past 15 years, thus the reason for the sale. Many documents and receipts Journaling its lifetime in the Myrtle beach area of South Carolina. I have driven the car it seems to run and drive well. The tires are past their serviceable life and should be replaced before the car sees regular use. Tried all systems and they seem to function as intended with the exception of the radio which was working until today, and the HVAC blows but appears that it is ambient air. It is 40 degrees today and raining but I do not hear the compressor engaging. There is an area of paint loss on the drivers fender. This was due to the repainting of the fender and hood from a Christmas tree falling from the attic onto the car years ago. There is still a small area near the wipers that has a depression. The rest of the paint looks good and could benefit from a thorough buffing and detail. Take a close look at photos for real condition. Clean and clear South Carolina title to convey.
