1986 El Camino it has lived its life in the south. I bought the car the an older man who owned it for 30 years in stock form. The car has zero rust and straight as an arrow. I had the car repainted factory colors with metallic. It looks great! There are two small rock chips on the front facia and a scratch on the inside of the tail gate. Everything works on the car as it should hot heat cold AC. We replaced the factory radio with a retro OEM style bluetooth radio. I"m going to list the rest of the modifications in bullet format. Drive Train: 5.3 Fully rebuilt. 243 Aluminum heads GM ZR1 Cam LS6 Intake 4L60E Completely rebuilt transmission Custom drive shaft 373 Posi Track rear end 20" Wheels in the back and 18" in the front all new tires New carpet New seat cover New dash pad And the list goes on and on.
THE ONLY THING THAT DOES NOT WORK. The gauge cluster, the tach and the MPH does not work. To get the tach to work you will have to go aftermarket. I.E. Dakota or another company unless you you can figure it out. MPH work the the cable just broke and I haven"t had time to replace it.
