About this vehicle This 1985 Ferrari 308 GTS is an original. This is offered for sale by the original owner. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for car shows. Seller"s Notes Car is located in Rehoboth Beach, DE is climate controlled and has only been serviced by Competizione in Md. No paint dings, blemishes, or other negatives inside or out. Metal gas pedal has some wear. Slight repaired rust on exhaust shield but I was assured this is common on these cars. Vehicle Details Hi, my late father left this vehicle to me since 2013. He was the original owner in 1985. He rarely drove the car as he always was always afraid to drive “his best piece of artwork!” This car is in meticulous condition, runs perfectly (ac has a leak somewhere but compressor works) all systems are in too notch condition. When he passed, I had the car moved to Competizione in Gaithersburg, MD to perform all required services and suggested maintenance. I spent approximately $25,000 with them and then put it in my Car Capsule for safe keeping. I drive the car approximately once per month for about 6-8 miles and then tuck her back into her bed. If you’re a collector that wants a true period Ferrari to show off then this is your chance as I only list it once every Spring and then let it age another year as the value increases. It is insured for $190,000 per the appraisal, will welcome any inspections you require and be assured, with the exception of the AC, everything on this car is in top condition and it needs nothing.
