1985 GMC Sierra Classic Shortbed
Olympic Gold Medal Special Package, offered in 1984/85, optioned as a fully loaded GMC Sierra. The package included incentive to purchase during the Olympics that took place in Los Angeles Summer Olympics, GM offered several platforms that involved the Olympic Edition, to verify authenticity it is listed on the glovebox decal.
One of a kind very original in all aspects, clean from the bottom to the top, inside and out. Truck is rust free and represents itself very well. With a clean Florida title in my name the truck can"t be faulted, runnning and driving like a true american V8 classic. Dual exhaust, newly rebulit transmission with warranty, motor was rebulit prior to me purchasing the truck. With cold AC and hot heat the truck can be driven in comfort. It will cruise down the interstate flawlessly, with new tires and balanced rims it handles like a dream. The factory power windows and locks all work as they should, sliding rear window and amazing factory interior make this an amazing classic.
This is a great value, you"d look for a while to find a cleaner original example. This truck has all the attributes that make these sought after collectables. I"ve had a lot of 68-87 GM trucks and this one is by far the most orginal natural example of a square body. The two things that aren"t working are the cruise control and the factory radio (it works when it wants to). Overall a super solid stellar example of a sharp 1985 GMC. Call me with any questions:
