Vehicle description
Beautiful Cream colored 1984 Vanagon Westfalia with 1996 2.2 Subaru Engine swap, solar panel with internal battery and inverter, roof rack, working kitchen, restored paint and clean interior, laminated wood floors, rainfly and awning, cd/usb/bluetooth stereo, classic VW rims, LED cabin strip lights.
I’ve owned this beautiful van for a year. The previous two owners (who were family) put roughly $15k into the engine swap and restoration/maintenance, with receipts, to make it an absolute dream for me to drive. I’ve listed major work below from them, and I’ve personally had no issues with it at all since owning it. It drives as well on the freeway as it does in the mountains and has been an amazing adventure vehicle in all weather. A roof rack solar panel powers a battery and inverter and LED light strips along the ceiling. The kitchen appliances work, and the Z-bed and upper bed both are in great condition and comfortable. The front captains chairs rotate to face the back and there are two tables for family fun. The back bumper is charmingly made of wood, as is a cupholder on the dash :)
I have a clean Carfax report for it, and a clean title. I’m happy to answer any questions you might have, on the phone or through email.
Minor cosmetic imperfections can be seen in the photos.
ODO reading 360,000. roughly 100k on new engine. Currently registered in Oregon, but located in Los Angeles.
