Selling an all original 1983 Trans Am Daytona 500, Pace Car Edition.
Very RARE Car! Bought in PA then moved to NC.
1 of only 2500 made. And this is full decal, Recaro interior, t-top, all original, all options car.
Engine - 305 cross fire fuel injection. Has new battery and very well maintained. Not been ran hard and only driven to cars shows in the past several years.
Transmission - 700 R4 Automatic. Shifts very smoothly with no issues. Car always garaged in excellent shape!
Paint - Original paint shines nicely with a few nicks and chips as is from 1983.
Decals - came with FULL Daytona 500 decal package and decals are in great shape except hood decal is faded (I will include a new one that takes 5 minutes to replace).
Interior - Has real leather Recaro interior in excellent shape. Carpet is great and a deep black. Seats have NO tears and dash has NO cracks.
Wheels - Factory white aero wheels with almost new tires. Has some wear on rims (See pics).
Options - All available options including Leather T-tops with storage bags. T-tops look new. Everything works. Runs and drives great with good power. Posi rear end.
This was the highest performance GM available in 1983 as there was no Corvette that year. Excellent collector car ready for car shows or cruise ins.
