Price reduction for immediate sale
This is very rare. 1981 Porsche SC Targas cabriolets were sold in Europe only. This vehicle was fully custom w exhaust enhancements to die for.
This is part of a larger collection that’s being partitioned off. The car does need a tune up , no visible Oil leaks. I would encourage a new glass over paint spray or simply use the same metallic Pantone and let this beautiful beach cruiser with some sound be free and shine like the ocean. I did notice one spot next to the left gasoline side - something maybe anti freeze did remove some of the paint probably about a foot long by 7 inches of top coat , not all the way thru. I could have that matched up for $700.00. By then again owner / collectors say leave the original color for the buyer
Legal nite : There is a new tach that has been placed in with the new car Cd , blue tooth system.
I would add the the actual miles is likely higher than stated. The electrical is good , I would recommend having the electric looked at and placed very nicely in a proper order.
I do reserve the right to not sell the item at any time and pull the ad off any auction site. The car is as is , it runs , it’s one of a kind and this cabriolet on this year. Air cooled is the apex of cool , not over trying. Its all body and metallic blue with new sound system.

The car needs to be sold as is , California car , registration is due , no big deal. Too many cars and they sit. They need an owner who knows the culture of air cooled 80s.
