I am listening this gorgeous 1981 Citroen 2cv charleston for sale. The Charleston has been presented in October 1980( take a look at citroen 2cv Wikipedia) as a one-season "special edition" was incorporated into the regular range in July 1981 in response to its "extraordinary success By changing the carburetor to achieve 29 hp a top speed of 115 km/h (71 mph) was achieved. This particular car is one of the first Charleston produced by Citroen ( o nly 8.000 examples ) with " Pied de poule" upholstery. Charleston: For the Paris Motor Show in October 1980, the "Charleston" trim was made with black-bordeaux (black-red delage) and white threads. The stylistic themes of the 1930s were re-emphasized, underlined by the "pied de poule" interior fabrics and the name dedicated to the fashion dance at the time. Given the previous success, it was thought to increase the run to 8,000 copies which, however, turned out to be inadequate to the question. In 1982, Citroën decided to put the "Charleston" set in the list, where it will remain until the end of production, adding the new black-yellow and bi-gray colors. I bought this car from an old man in Italy he only used it to rent it for weddings. This is the reason why the car has such a little mileage and is in really excellent conditions, like new inside and out. Is original in every single part . The brakes are silent and excellent, there are no rust issues with the car, paint is excellent and shining and the frame has been galvanized and also gaskets are brand new . ENGINE IS PERFECT just inspected few months ago with new oil filter , new fuel filter, new air filter , new oil, 11830 original miles . Always been garaged.The soft top(brand new) can roll all the way back to transform the car into a convertible.All lights, switches and instrumentation panels work perfectly and are original. Tires are like new as well.The car is original and NOT a REPLICA. This is one of the best original 2cv Charleston that you should not miss to own!
