this K10 was a daily driver for me back and forth to work no problems for 5 years, i bought it to restore but changed jobs and dont have access to a body/mechanic shop any more, the body is the best part of the truck,the rockers need replaced , windshield leaks, the wood insert for the bed needs replaced also, it has the original drivetrain ,have no idea of the mileage but the 305 refuses to die, starts everytime but needs replaced same with the trans and gearbox, 4 wheel drive works, but all of these components have a lot of miles and needs updated , it has dual tanks that work , i changed the electronic switch mechanism and it works perfectly, it is an air conditioned truck but needs the compressor and condenser , interior needs redone ,what ive done for it is change the wheelbearings , brakes ,manual hubs,stainless headers, new edelbrock carb,valve covers waterpump, alternator , it has a 3 inch exhaust with new mufflers sounds really good, so basically its a restoration project that you can drive i drove it for years with no problems but i didnt beat on it, just normal driving, great in the snow , it just needs someone to bring it to another level, i wish i could afford to put a sweet motor and drivetrain in it but i have other projects at hand, so its for sale as is i have it for sale privately also so i have the right to end auction if that happens, its on the east end of long island .
