Vehicle description
I have two auctions on this car that has ended with non-payment. Winning bidders have not attempted to contact me. So I"m relisting for 3 days. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MY TIME JUST BIDDING.
1981 Monte Carlo V-6. Selling my car due to medical problems with my daughter. It has not been driven for over a year. My plans had been to replace the engine with a V-8 305 but never got to it with the birth of my kids. No time and finances to put into it. The engine has been sitting due to the AC Compressor locking up and breaking the belt. I never replaced the compressor due to wanting to upgrade the engine. But, again, my children came into my life and no time has been put into the car. Depending on the person, it would not take much to get it to a "very" nice condition. The transmission was rebuilt in 2014 through Wansley Machine and Driveline Service in Laurel, MS. So, if one wanted to just rebuild or replace with a V-6 engine, it would go perfectly and be ready to go without problems. Exterior is in decent condition with minor dent (in picture) and a small "cut" on the hood that a paint shop should be able to fill with auto putty (about 4 inches long and a 1/5 inch wide). The interior is also decent. Just needs a good vacuuming or detailing. The tires only have about 15,000 miles on them but they have been sitting up so I would suggest replacing. All lights works inside and outside.
Car would have to be towed. Please send your questions and I will answer honestly. Thanks and happy bidding
