I put this car together 2-3 years ago to be the perfectly 240 wagon daily driver with both vintage looks and the amenities of a later model 240 and I think I have perfected that and have done a number of road trips in the vehicle with no issues and the AC blasting 40 degrees out of the vents. The problem is that the car has been replaced as a daily driver and needs somebody to drive it rather than have it sit.
Engine: 91 B230F with 150k miles on it when I bought the engine Completely resealed with a new headgasket and OEM crank and cam seals T-cam New oem early style breather box 90+ turbo manifold 850 turbo injectors big 16t from an S60 T5 3" exhaust with 2 mufflers stock intercooler Nathan fuel rail Aeromotive FPR with -6 pushlock hoses and fittings adapted to stock fuel lines New Bosch undercar turbo pump LH2.2/EZK reloomed with expandable sleeving into one harness As many new quality aftermarket or OEM tuneup parts as possible Almost every bracket on the engine has be painted/powdercoated/replated New 93 style AC compressor New receiver/dryer
Drivetrain: M47 5 speed manual transmission flat flywheel from a boat motor (the friction surface was never used before I installed it) NOS turbo clutch NOS turbo pressure plate New throwout bearing New shifter bushings All metal style clutch cable New guibo New u-joints in driveshaft stock 3.91 rear end with a modded G80 LSD New shifter boot with accessory leather boot cover New shift knob New OEM shift knob insert New OEM trailing arm bushings

Exterior: Eiker E1 wheels ipd 25mm spacers Michelin P4 tires in 215/45-17 (nearly brand new) Brand new OEM front commando spoiler installed after I bought the car New tailgate harnesses New OEM license plate light assemblies NOS Tailgate emblems (not pictured)
There are probably a bunch of weird odds and ends I am forgetting, but that"s most of it. And when I say "new" on any of that, it means that I installed the parts while I have owned it. There are a handful of defects (dings/scratches) in the paint which can be expected for original 40 year old paint along with some fade on the hood, roof, and top of the tailgate. Further, there is a small bit of chipped paint on the rear arches from trimming/rolling them. Additionally, the vehicle had some awful aluminum trim riveted to the rocker panels which I removed and filled the leftover rivet holes with barely noticeable black plugs. The other item to note is that the cargo area floor panel does not exactly sit flush towards the rear edge as it is from a late model car and is shaped slightly different from an early one. The only item mechanically wrong with the vehicle is the rear wiper motor is currently inoperative.
