Vehicle description
Up for sale is a 1980 Volkswagen Rabbit. Car runs strong and has no major issues. Car has been well kept in a garage and driven less than 1000 miles a year as I daily drive my Audi. I"ve put on about 3,000 miles over my 3 years of ownership Odometer reads 94,942.
This Rabbit has a MK2 GTI 2.0L 16v engine with a 5 speed transmission; it feels very quick. Engine was swapped by a local Seattle shop by the previous owner. I have owned this car for about three years and have done a lot to it; from mods to restoration.
Car is wrapped in a 3M ivory color wrap and underneath the wrap, paint has primer at certain spots.
All rusts spots on the car has been grand off, treated, and filled. Although one spot on the driver side A pillar is a bit bumpy, but can be smoothed out with some light sanding. The Interior is in great condition. Car has collector plate. Brakes were serviced and have new brake pads with drilled rotors. Car stops on a dime.

Issues:
Rear right turn signal does not work; wiring needs repair
Wrap is not perfect as it was a DIY
Stock speedo is out of the car at the moment, can be installed upon request
Battery needs to be strapped down
Hood release cable does not work all of the time No reverse light bulbs, but socket does work. Gas vapor smell if filled above half, but cannot locate leak or hole on tank. Alternator could be serviced as it does not provide full charge.
