This 2 owner RHD Japanese import is based on the same chassis and components as the Toyota Cressida that we got here in the states.
This car is in excellent condition. It is all original and unmodified. As you can see, it has been well cared for over the past 29 years.
The engine starts right up and idles smoothly. There is no smoking or leaks. The transmission shift well and the steering is straight and does not pull. The brakes stop strong and there is no pulsing or pulling. The exhaust system is in good shape and is quiet. The car drives very well and is comfortable and the engine provides good power and pulls strong.
The body is in excellent condition. The Original white paint is very glossy and shines like new. There are no major dings or dents. It does have a few scratches on the bumpers. There are also 3 areas with minor corrosion, one under each tail light and one above the rear glass at the roof line. All of the panels line up straight with good gaps. All of the doors, hood and truck open and close properly. All of the locks works well. All of the glass in in excellent condition. All of the trim, exterior lights, etc are in excellent condition. All systems works as they should. The A/C is Ice Cold.
The Interior looks like new and barely shows any wear. The dash, carpets, headliner, door panels, etc. are nice and clean. The switchgear is clean and shows no wear.
The Stereo head unit has been replaced with a Kenwood unit. The aftermarket wheels are in excellent shape and wear a set of almost new tires.
The trunk is tidy and the spare tire, jack and all the factory tools are in place.
This is a very clean, comfortable, excellent running and driving car. Most of the parts that would be needed for maintenance are readily available here in the states.
