1980 Mercury Capri Hatchback Drag Car
Very clean body. Ford Mustang front and rear bumper covers. This car was just completed a few months back. Lots of attention to detail , no expense spared.
All of the following was just completed.

Fresh built 351 .030 over World products window Sr. heads Comp cam flat tappet Weiand intake manifold Holley 750 double pumper jetted to the engine Mallory HEI billet distributor Ford racing spark plug wires Moroso electric water pump Aluminum three cord radiator Flex-a-lite electric fan Mildon 7 quart pan with lokar dipstick Ford racing high volume oil pump TCI rattler hermonic balancer 3G one wire alternator Mini high tq starter New 3/8 fuel lines Holley blue electric pump Fuel cell

Fresh built C4 automatic 2800 stall converter Forward valve body shift kit External B&M cooler Braided AN-6 lines Hurst quarter stick shifter Aluminum Ford racing drive shaft
Rearend:
Fresh built Ford 8.8 4.10 gears Alloy 31 spline 4 lug axles with 3inch moroso studs C clip eliminators 31 spline spool Rearend was setup for drag racing specifically

Exhaust:
2" long tube headers 3" exhaust with Flowmaster Drag mufflers All welded with dump before axle
Auto meter gauges, removal steering wheel with line lock switch, manual brakes, new red top Optimina battery. All new wiring and relays through out car. Led lighting through out car.
Lots of time and money invested, car runs very well. All safety equipment is up to date. The car has only made about 20 1/4 mile passes , just have no time to race anymore.
