Car comes with original T tops, glass T tops, original motor on a rollabout, hello hello corvette hat, original repair manual, assembly manual, and parts manual, and cover for the rare occasions you want to be subtle. Car has never been smoked in. Has appeared in multiple Detroit Dream Cruises.
Original L48 motor with matching numbers on a roll about stand and is absolutely perfect in condition. Fresh valve job on L48 motor. Tilt/telescoping leather steering wheel. Color is Hello Yellow from factory.
If you’re wondering what I’ve been doing with my free time, here are the details:
Engine appearance is as stock looking as possible. Here are the details 350 4 bolt main that has been bored out .30 over with Keith Black lightweight pistons. Has windage tray and high volume oil pump, double roller timing chain and gear. Has Lunati Voodoo Cam that was selected for drivability and coming to life. Dart iron eagle heads that have been ported and polished and breathed on. Air flow information available for interested parties. Crane 1.6 roller rockers and all lifters replace when Cam was replaced. Edelbrok intake manifold. 2.5 inch stainless dual exhaust with dual dynamax mufflers. Subdued sound when driving, but they will bark when needed.
Transmission details: 4 speed transmission was rebuilt by Hitech Transmission in Virginia. Hurst Competition Plus Four Speed shifter using the stock shift lever. Had a fresh clutch and pressure plate, bearings installed in 2016 by Detroit Clutch. Flywheel resurfaced at that time. Front and rear universal joints have been replaced with American made U joints. Both rear axels also have brand new u joints.
Suspension details: front end springs and bushings were replaced to ensure front end true height. Shocks and brakes have been done soup to nuts. Undersurface of the car has been done in POR to eliminate any rust. Trailing arms with wheel bearings have been replaced by Echlers in Kentucky in 2013.
Rear end was redone in Detroit at DTS in 2014. Positraction serviced and ring and pinion was reset to proper tolerances. Fresh dope.
Four matching Goodyear Eagle GTs that are in excellent shape.
Interior: two leather seats replaced in 2012 by Corvette America as well as sound-deadening carpet and temperature absorbing foil insulation underneath. Sony Explode radio with remote and four speakers; good sound with CD player, USB and iPod ready. Air Conditioning blows cold. Core support was changed, AC condenser compressor and dryer was changed. Radiator from Wilcox Corvette was installed in 2011 with all hoses and belts.
Rides nice. Handles true. Looks good.
