About this vehicle This 1979 Oldsmobile 442 is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle is drivable and is not regularly driven. Seller"s Notes Buyer is responsible for vehicle pick up or shipping Vehicle Details Really good jumping off point for a project. Needs work but the body is in solid shape. Needs to be gone through but starts, runs and drives. Happy to answer any questions. Exterior Original black and gold 442 shows it’s age but in decent shape. Metal is really solid, no rust in wheel wells or door frames. One bad spot in the trunk (photo included). Unfortunately the H/O emblems we’re stolen off the car so there are some scratches where they were pried off. Original gold rims are in really good shape. Interior Original interior shows it’s age with some minor rips. The headliner is starting to drop. Original Hurst His/Hers automatic shifter works well but has some slack in the cable that will need to be adjusted. Engine Chevy 350 engine is not original to the car. A Chevy engine is actually what came with this car but this is a replacement engine. Runs and drives but has not been on the road in 7+ years. Has an aftermarket Edelbrock carb that seems a little big for the engine. Download the Motors app
