Hello I am selling my 1979 Lincoln Continental Mark V. I purchased this vehicle from a gentleman that was going to restore it with his son but his son passed away. I own a shop and did some work to it to make it a great running and driving vehicle but I don"t have time to do a full restoration on it as we have to many other projects going on here currently. We rebuilt the carburetor, changed the plugs and wires, installed a new smog pump, installed a new exhaust system from the Y pipes back, new struts all the way around, new rear caliper and new pads and resurfaced rotors all the way around, newer battery and new starter solenoid. This car starts right up and rides so smooth, its very comfortable to drive around town and definitely gets looks even though it needs a paint job. This car has power windows, seats, sunroof, locks and it all works. Just the driver side window has an issue rolling back up the track has to be aligned I just haven"t had the time to get into it, but the A/C blows ice cold air so I drive around comfortably. I took some pictures and I showed the two areas of rust that would need to be addressed which is no that bad and the car needs paint and the rest of the body is straight so while you repaint it you can patch those two areas easily. The rest of the frame and floors are solid and not rotted. These cars are starting to become more rare and this one is perfect for someone who wants to make it their own.
