1979 Jeep CJ5 with original AMC 5.0L/304cu/in engine and 3 speed manual transmission, 63,000 original miles (to the best of my knowledge). Comes with Western 6"6" power angle plow and ACME aftermarket hardtop and doors. Frame is solid (rear rails were repaired with saf-t-cap frame repair kit), body does have some rust and rot (see photos, I can send more photos if requested) and the paint is faded. Please keep in mind, this rig is approaching 40 years old, it was restored once almost 20 years ago, it is not in showroom condition but is in good shape for it"s age. It does have a 26 gallon aftermarket fuel tank and the Michelin tires have good tread but are starting to rot from sitting, interior is clean and comes with full roll cage and fold-n-tumble rear seat. I"ve been offered $1000 for the top and $1500 for the plow set-up, so although the body isn"t in the best shape, those two items hold some value. Please feel free to ask questions and ask for photos if you want, this is a reliable rig that pushes snow with no issues, most of the gauges work with the exception of the fuel tank, it needs a sending unit. Radio does not work either. Clean title in hand. I"d be willing to deliver between Long Island, NY and Washington DC at my convenience for a fee. Also, I"m willing to separate and set this rig up to the preference of the buyer, if the plow and/or hard top is not wanted, I"m willing to install a full soft top with doors or a bikini top with half-doors and put on some wider tires with rims for the beach (let"s talk!).
