Vehicle description
For sale is a fully custom built, one of a kind, neck breaking, F-150 RAPTOR. I"ll start with the origin of the truck. Found out in the dry desert area of Arizona with no rust on the frame and a 450 cu 7.5L v8 engine in good condition. The original owner decided to strip the paint, weld the tailgate, add a 50 gallon behemoth gas tank, Rancho shocks, 35 in tires on custom rims, new bucket style black leather seats, and lastly a paint job resembling the modern RAPTOR. After being sold to one more person before me it was driven as a daily driver for a few thousand miles. When the truck came into my possession I felt that it looked like a RAPTOR but couldn"t perform like one. To remedy the situation, a reliable, but versatile LS3 power plant was swapped into the truck. To make sure it would not only hang with modern RAPTORs but actually leave them, in the dust, boost was applied. The biggest procharger system produced ,the F1R, was installed. At the moment it is tuned for 87 octane 10% ethanol mix and making 600 horses on the dyno. Putting this power to the ground is a 4L80e transmission. The truck is scary fast. Almost too fast. A tune for race gas and more boost could put the truck into 4 digit numbers in HP. Forged race headers and true dual exhaust let others know it is not all for show.
The cons include some damage to the paint, scratches, bubbles in the paint and cracks in the body that will all be shown in the photos.
Oh, and it does have A/C and a very nice aftermarket sound system.
