I am relisting, please no bidders with ZERO feedback. Also, I took the truck for a drive last week and it drove fine.
Up for you consideration is my 1979 F 150 Custom 4x4 long bed. It is powered by a 351 M Engine with a 4 Speed MANUAL Transmission with NP205 Transfer Case. I purchased this truck from a man in Idaho a few years back and have been in the process of restoring it. I did use it to haul firewood for my fireplace and take my kids around in the summer. It is a true survivor with minimal rust for an almost 40 year old truck. I hate to see it go but I don"t have time to restore it. Listed below are the items and service I have done to the truck 2016- New Monroe Gas Magnum shocks all the way around Replaced both valve cover gaskets Replaced starter Replaced starter relay mounted on inside front passenger fender Dropped front fuel tank cleaned out and replaced fuel sending unit bought from LMC truck Replaced rubber fuel line on frame rail where front gas tank is mounted Primed and painted front metal gas tank shield. Original part-most trucks this age don"t even have this OE part Replaced oil pressure sending unit located on firewall side of engine block Replaced manual transmission gear oil Replaced NP205 transfer case gear oil New fuel filter to carb Newer rebuilt carb-2014 New plugs New rotor New distributor cap New air filter Fresh oil change Fall of 2016 New thermostat New thermostat housing and gasket from LMC truck New upper and lower radiator hoses from LMC truck New engine coolant New carb intake manifold gaskets New rubber vent hose, rubber fuel filler neck and fuel filler neck metal shield for front gas tank from LMC truck The bed of the truck is primed for a roll on bedliner that I did not get a chance to do in the Fall of 2016 Comes with heavy duty bedliner and spare tire The truck has slight rust bubbling on rear driver side wheel well. See photo above I have not driven the truck this year since I live in Ohio. I only drove it in the Spring, Summer and Fall. It has never seen snow or road salt since I have owned it and judging by its condition, I"m sure it never saw salt in Idaho. This is a NO RESERVE Auction and the truck is sold as is no warranty.
