Vehicle description
Rusted out mess but has a solid drivetrain with a 4 speed standard transmission. The engine (351M) was "rebuilt" by a previous owner but I suspect it"s just a new set of gaskets and a paint job. It does have a knock in it . . could be connecting rod. I bought it in a package deal and I want it gone. I"d consider it a good parts donor. The drivetrain seems to work well. When I picked it up it had a locked up passenger side rear brake and it still drug itself onto the trailer. The front wheels and driver rear wheel pulled it up. I drove it around the yard after I freed the passenger rear drum. Seems to drive OK. Brakes are almost useless though.
Think of it as a good drivetrain with a body in the way - ha,ha,ha. Good frame, engine (questionable), good 4-speed, good clutch, good transfer case, good front and rear axles. Brakes and carb need work.
51,015 Miles . . could be 151,015 miles but as it"s spent most of it"s life in WV and they salt until the roads turn white in the winter it"s probably 51,015 miles. It wouldn"t/couldn"t exist at 151,015 miles.
It can get itself up and onto a trailer but the brakes are very iffy.
NOTE: I"m pulling the back glass out before I sell it.
