| “This was 40% restored. Engine in good working order, runs and sounds great. Transmission is automatic and is very smooth, no rough shifting. It needs interior, priced it at about $1,000. Needs some light body work on right front fender, fiber glass is cracked there like previous owner may have bumped something in the parking lot.This car has new or newer 90% or better tread on some BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires. The rear molding I believe is off of a 1980 model because it has the flare up wing, most 79 models go down instead and roll off the back. Although, I have seen a couple other 79 models that have this but it is rare, so I don't know if it was an upgrade kit for the L-82 perhaps. Also, it has a very unique slatted hood with L-82 on it. Right front light does not go up and down, although the light does work, just seems like the bump may have caused it to break or possibly it is just old and has failed. I would probably just replace with electronic upgrade kit.” |

DESCR I PTION :
1979 Chevrolet Corvette L-82 350 V8 Motor - Runs Great Automatic Trans Solid Frame - Everywhere Older Paint Some Paint Imperfections Exhaust Good - Side Pipes Gauges Seem To Work NO Radio All Lights Work As They Should with exception of right side blinkers, I believe it is the ground on the front indicator light where the ding is. That lower light was injured and recently replaced. The parts look new. All Glass Is Good, except windshield is cracked but will pass inspection. Costs $129 to replace. Targa Top Glass is Good (Needs Rubber Seals) and driver side T-Top needs to be resealed . Horn not working from steering wheel, but new parts. Seats Replaced as well as Door Panels (both are now red) In good shape but rest of interior is Black. I would buy the kit and make everything match. Cost is about $1,000
