Vehicle description
Up for auction is a beautifully kept 79 C10 pickup with less than 51k miles
This truck has the original paint except for one small dent that was repaired on the front passenger fender around the side marker light. The silver was blended in on about 1/2 of the fender. Other than that the paint is in unbelievable condition with a slight patina on top of the hood and fenders.
The door panels and seat cover have been replaced.
The original straight 6 was replaced by the original owner with a 350 out of a corvette. The motor runs good and strong and is free from any oil leaks. I will be detailing engine compartment and adding new pics.
I drove this truck over 300 miles home with out a single issue.
This beauty was born with no AC but has power steering.
The trim is original to the truck minus the one piece that was replaced when the dent was repaired back in 81. GM OEM trim was used and is in great overall condition.
Truck was garaged or kept under carport its entire life.
Don"t miss the chance to own this remarkable time capsule.
I put the 20" polished American Racing Torq Thrusts on for the pictures. I can put the rally wheels back on or you can have your choice of keeping the 20" wheels.
Don"t let this one get away! You will be the envy of the car show! !
