Vehicle description
We are selling our 1978 VW Riviera camper. The bus is extremely original with all camping interior in very nice shape and original fuel injected 2.0 motor. It has the original propane/electric fridge along with the two burner stove top in working order. The camper was repainted in the original color at some point over the past 10 years and still looks great. It came from the west coast in Washington which helped it stay solid. It runs and drives great and is driven at least 4-5 times a week. Has new front brake calipers and pads and the bus has been regularly serviced.
Pop up top material in great condition, screen had a few small tears that have been patched. The top goes up and down very smoothly and is spring assisted. The original interior is in excellent condition and has been well taken care of. Riviera model campers were made very well and took steps to add extra vinyl material to hide the pop top material when top is down. Unlike the Westfalias where you have the pop top material normally hanging down into the bus obstructing view. The only negative about the bus is that it does have some rust that"s popped up on the passenger side rain gutter and a couple other small places. Please contact me with any questions.
